Testimonials
“This class should be taken by everyone! If your current assignment or possible future deals with crimes against children, this class will give you immediate tools for success. If you’re a supervisor, this class will give you tools to help your officers or deputies the best chance at success in their investigations. Sgt. Kirby and Det. Bennington give educational information, but more importantly, they give real world examples of how to apply the information and how it has worked and lessons learned along the way.
Personally, I’ve been able to use Sgt. Kirby’s methods to handle investigations on scene at the patrol level with a baby not breathing call for service as well as the detective level which recently led to an admission during an extensive interview of a child sexual predator. I cannot recommend this class enough- It’s a MUST HAVE for investigators.”
— Deputy J. Adams
“I took the class in October 2025. I highly recommend it to anyone who wishes to expand their knowledge. Just a week after taking it, I was able to put into practice what I learned. Without the class I would have overlooked important details pertinent to the case. It taught me to slow down, observe, and think before proceeding. It was an amazing class and a great opportunity to expand on what I already knew.
Sergeant Kirby and her team are extremely knowledgeable and passionate about what they teach. If you’re debating about taking the class, don’t. You’ll leave knowing a lot more than what you think you did.”
